Dhoti consultancy bata garnu thik hudaina, risky hunca bhanera naam chaleko khaireko consultancy bata h1b petition haleko,
they missed something and I ended up with RFE.
ok, few questions to the experienced and expert nepali colleagues regarding this issue.
1. Due to the time constraint, I am planing to upgrade my h1b regular process to premium processing. Can It be done after getting response RFE?
2. Tyo okeel bhanaudo dherai bautheko ca. RFE K karan bhanera sodda, company le garnu parne kuro ho. Taile kei garnu pardaina, sit back there and enjoy bhanca.
What is the chance of being approved after freaking RFE?

RFE generally means they did not get the complete doc (just cause you got the RFE doesnot mean you will get rejected, had they wanted to reject ur case they would have done so with asking for RFE). As the lawyer said, its the doc that company needs to provide so you cannot do much. I think you can still apply for the premier processing (i would strongly suggest you do it as you get the reply withing two weeks).
Personal Story: saw one of friend waited for 4/5 months only to get RFE,so i decided to get the premier processing and got the answer withing one to two months (also got RFE,asked the main vendor for client letter and got the H1 approved for 3 yrs)
