Dude, you are a refugee so why would you wanna renew nepali passport? DOn't you think it sounds kind of fishy? Apply for the travel documents. Good luck!!

Guys....got my RTD. I called Indian Consulate but they say I require VISA to travel to INDIA. anyone with experience? Do I really need a VISA?

U got residence permit is US saying u will get trashed if u go to ur home country and your mother state can't protect your basic right, now why the hell you want passport form same state. You were ready to cut off all your ties with your mother state isn't it.
