I think its waste of money even to spend $10,000 in Nepal. As you residing in USA, $10,000 would help to apply your wife visa, send her school or find a job. I realized people do costly marriage in Nepal because of their parental property. I ask all sajha users, isn't it hard to save money in USA?

Ghammand, advance congratulations for your marriage. I think 10 k is reasonable amount of money to be spend in marriage because u get married once in your lifetime not twice not thrice and its remembrance for life so work hard save money for your marriage.
