user01, somebody mentioned somewhere that there is not such thing as "good Consultancy". But, I am looking for consultancy who can do job placement in short period of time (3 Months) and provide training free of charge.

For good placement sathi, go to Breign Infotech. I did VMware and Citrix Admin through them and got a job in Richardson. The have a very good team. P.S; I don't get paid for this post. ;)
