Here the issue.. I am in OPT and my OPT ends at August 2016. How does TPS benifit me? Can I file TPS-EAD ? Do they issue 2 EAD? And beside that I am waiting for my PD to be current to file my GC. What could be the scenarios here.Any inputs will be helpful

@thin beast Why do you need 2 EAD? You already have enough to support yourself or your family, What you can do is apply for EAD before your current OPT EAD expires but you should register for TPS aniway if you wish to be in TPS. Thats what i think but do not know all those legals and other criteria . Not a lawyer :)

Thanks Mikel But isn't there a certain time frame to file the TPS-EAD? Can i wait to file, till my current EAD expires which is august 2016.
