साझाका साथी हरु, सल्लाह सुझाव चाहियो मैले मेरो बुवालाई आइ-१३० पेटिशन फाईल गरि सके जसमा मेरो बुवाको जन्मस्थान पोखरा-३ कास्की छ/ साथै मेरो बुवाको बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट, म्यारिज सर्टिफिकेट सबै पोखरा बाटै बनाएको छु/ मेरो बुवा ब्यबसायको क्रममा बाग्लुंग बस्नुहुन्थ्यो धेरै पहिले/ त्यो समयमा वहाले बाग्लुङ्ग बाट नै नागरिकता निकाल्नु भयो/ अहिले एम आर पी काठमान्डू बाट बनाउदा जन्मस्थान बाग्लुङ्ग राखी दिएछ/ मैले भरेको आइ-१३० मा बुवाको जन्मस्थान पोखरा राखेको छु/ मेरो नाता प्रमाणित, मेरो जन्म दर्ता सबै कागज पत्र मा बुवाको जन्म पोखरा नै छ/ जसले गर्दा बुवाको जन्मस्थान दुइ ठाउ देखियो/ अब यसलाई कसरि मिलाउन सकिन्छ? खास जन्मस्थान त पोखरा नै हो तर नागरिकता बाग्लुंग बाट बनाउने बेलामा गल्ति गर्यो जस्तो छ / लौ न कसै संग केहि आइडिया भए तुरुन्त जानकारी पाउ

Well try to get some kind of proof that the two conflicting documents belong to the same person. Later on you can prove your relationship through DNA, if need be.

i think you can tell them that officials in nepal had technical difficulty due to recent changes in rules and laws and hence they printed birth place according to new regulations (beyond your control). hence the correct and new birth place hencefort as recognised by nepal govt is baglung.
