I had my Bio done in July 13th. Received EAD in September 8th. I am still waiting for TPS to be approved.

Usually TPS application processing time takes longer than other petitions as they have to run several checks with various federal agencies. You will be fine if you haven't have any criminal or serious law violation (eg: 3 times DUI) issues.
