Hello Friends, We are moving out of our current apartment, and looking for someone to occupy it for a discounted rent as it appears that the apartment management would need to have someone to occupy it immediately after we vacate, to avoid paying for it following the departure. The apartment is just a few steps away from NYC and Hoboken trains, and is a sought after location for working professionals, family with kids, etc. We would love to stay here further, but unfortunately need to leave due to job transfer.
