 Petotioner birth certificate visa interview

My parents have immigrant visa interview in Kathmandu Embassy. I know my parent need to show their original documents. But do they also need to show my original birth certificate or copy would be fine? Please let me know.

All original documents need to show at visa interview.

Embassy and NVC website says only for parents. Do we need to show for petitioner as well?

Sent to NVC:
Visa interview scheduled:

@aamigo,

Birth certificate ama buwa ko Ward office bata banauda huncha.. As they would not have birth certificate as ours ? Hamro ta will just be translated tara uha haru ko chai would that work if its just been made from Ward Office ? Ani also anything else required for initial filing ? Would really appreciate if you could help us out for documentation outline as well.

I130 filed:-U will get mail saying your petition is submitted with in 2 weeks.

I130 approved:After 2-3 months u will get mail if approved or need additional evidence.If required additional evidenced it will take another 2-3 months before review and approved

Sent to NVC:3 months before scheduling interview.Need to submit all sponsors stuff through out electronically now days. https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Visa interview scheduled:Notifys normally 1 months before interview

Total time -Less then 1 yr.Don’t forget fill enotify form it will notify as soon as any update on your case.
