Just wondering if anyone has applied for EB 3 visa and knows the process. I contacted some Nepali attorneys but found their charges too high. Thanks!

There is nothing called eb-3 visa. Based on your question, I would highly recommend, you hire lawyer for your own benefit .

EB ३ चै सबै भन्दा सजिलो तर लामो तरिका हो ग्रीन कार्ड पाउने । २ बर्से associate डिग्री होल्डर ले नि EB ३ बाट सिधै GC लिन पाउछ। H1b , EB १ , २ बाट CG बनाउन कम्तिमा ४ बर्से डिग्री लिएको हुनु पर्छ। EB ३ मा सेल्फ pretention हुदैन तेसैले permanent जब हुनु पर्छ अनि employer CG फाइल गर्दिनु पर्छ । २ बर्से nursing , डेन्टल hygienist , नर्सिङ्ग assistant , beauty technician , aircraft maintenance आदि technical बिसाए पढेका हरुले यो बाटो रोज्छन। । कम्तिमा १ वर्ष लाग्छ अनि अलि खर्चिलो नि छ तर eb1 eb2 भन्दा ज्यादै सजिलो छ यो बाटो । एक जना नेपाली पूर्व नेपाली नायिकाले यो बाटो बाट लिएको छिन्।

Eb-3 is preference category for employment based green card. There is nothing called EB-3 visa. You would need other visa or legal status to stay legal while eb-3 is in progress . The details is why I said, it's better you hire lawyer.

I agree with meraj. Just by asking this question and heading It is clear you have not done your part - researching. Also you have not mention the fees amount otherwise we could tell you if it was reasonable. As far as I know, this whole process is about 10-15K including all USCIS fees and attorneys fees. Hope this helps
