is sex education included in nepalese curricullum as yet?

Whenever I hear and read words "kala and sanskriti" ondiscussion about sex education the blood boils in my head.

Are they stupid enough to not the find difference between "science" and "culture & tradition". I guess the mindset of these people have frozen somewhere back in history and cant move beyond that point in time.

The worse thing about the article above, the writer cant figure out the difference between "sex eduction" and "modeling". Probably, the writer feels that "glamour modeling" is someway related or a part of "sex education". I cannot see any connection between glamour modeling and sex education. Do you ?
