This is freaking nautanki done by the govt by invading their personal letter and posting on their website about the winner. This act is a serious crime. I dont want anyone to know if I get DV or no - as I am too scared of freaking maobadi asking me for money as they may hunt me for getting US GC. This is so stupid. Sue that freaking nepali post office.

U day and nepali keta- i just think that most of the people that do get DV don't deserve it ke or it just seems like i meet people that have gotten DV's but they don't deserve it ke! :) it's just my opinion so don't get mad cause i know a lot of people would not agree with me ke! or probably no one will but my opinion is my opinion.

DV should be given to all the College Grads or ones with Graduate Degrees here in the USA...Just my two cents.....Agree with nails in one aspect.....I saw one guy, in his late 50s, got DV, came here, was an Officer back in Nepal, now works in a Gas Station, regretting all......I can sure tell, he would rather have his Office job back in Nepal......Oh well....seen similar stories all over the country !

Knight Crawler - glad there's someone out there that agrees with me! i thought i was just getting jealous of all these people getting DV's but now i know that wasn't it and most of them really don't deserve it ke! :)

i wish i would get a DV.i m sure there r lots of ppl who r deserving that have gotten it so i wouldnt say to close it.

Sorry if that was kinda direct. DV is real and thousands Nepalis are there in US through DV program.

Well...I do agree with nails and other about the undeserved people getting DVs. But rather than closing DV program completely, I suggest they add few more criterion into it so that more appropriate people would get it ; something similar like Canadian PR application criterion.
