click on FORGOT MY PASSWORD then, u will see 2 options: 1. they will mail u the link so, that u can change ur password. however, in this case u dont know ur password rite? so, this option is uselss 2. they will ask u to enter ur addres, zip, and ur secret question asnwer. u need to remember all those. all the best
