I am having the same problem. I have been working as a contractor since the last year, but now one of the client that I work for is offering me a full-time permanent position. The client is a very reputed company medium scale company, and I have a good chance of progress there.But there will be a difference of about 15 K per year in the money I will be making. And I am just too confused.
