Guys, I am currently holding h1b from one desi consultancy company. My h1b was approved last year and I am yet to get a project.  The consultancy never paid me. And one more thing ,will I be able to transfer my status to F1. Will the INS ask any document while changing the status to F1?

u can trasfer to f1 anytime. i think it is a simple process. u will need the h1b receipt.
