 transfer and gpa

me and friend are thinking of transferring to another university. But the problem is my friends gpa is only 1.75.

Can she transfer with that gpa?

If you guys could give me any kind of answers it would help alot.

i dont think any university or community college will take that gpa. matter of fact shes already in academic probation. having gpa under 2.0 puts you in probation and as far as i know, student in academic probation cant get clearance from the university to transfer. i think the best option would be to study hard and bring gpa over 2.0, which will qualify for transfer. i dont know what she was doing to come up with that gpa. if medical conditions meassed her gpa then she should consult with international advisor.
