Regardless of validity, if you have never driven in a country like US, I would not suggest doing it without reading the driving rules book and taking a few lessons...

u can drive for few months i guess. Different states have different rules.

Georgia will let you for a year i guess.

Hey don't forget to bring your Nepal's License... Just a couple of weeks back i had to asked for my scanned License from Nepal.. I got almost $1200.00  deduction on my car insurance. It's also helpful on getting one over here in U.S.

Try to include both car and bike in your license or just photoshop it... :)
