Actually,thats pretty simple.Ya need to first install youtube downloader and then u have the option to change the FLV format to WMV.its gonna take like a minute.
so when u download the video from you tube it will in FLV format.And then, select the video and convert to desired format i.e.MP3,WMV

Friends, Don't worry .. fo to this site... - http://www.formatoz.com/ http://www.formatoz.com/ and then download FFSetup v1.61 Format Factory.. your all problems on conversion of audio and video files are solved.. Thank me.. ha ha h a ha.. this software is wickedly GRE8T.. I just Love it.. ha ha.

also if you intend to just watch the flv file, VLC player can play it as it is. in fact, VLC can play almost any format out there without any extra codec. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html please disregard my comment if this doesnt apply to use....and hope you didnt mind the letmegooglethatforyou link :D
