I was going through the http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how-regular.asp website it looks like the rules for the PR have chnaged and the IT jobs do not fall under the NOC classification.

which means we (ppl working in the IT field) cannot apply for the PR . Is this true????

 

anyone aware of this???
