Hi Guys, One of my friend is getting Associate Degree in Civil Engineering at the end of summer 2009 from the Community College. She wants to start university from the fall 2009 immediately. She is now looking for some affordable universities. If you guys have some idea, please share. I would appreciate it.

You could apply to Touro College that is located in New York.It is a jewish school and doesnt have engineering, but does have CIS, with focus on Database, Networking. Easy to get admissions and some of my friends who actually finished masters degree from this college did get a job 2 weeks ago..in this horrible time.So, give a try.If you maintain a good GPA, I heard you get some scholarship..Good luck Cyrus,
