I am renting a room (or two) in my 3 br and 2 bath spacious condominium in Bethesda until Feb 2010. The rent is $800.00 a month and includes all utilities, cable, wireless and parking. The living room has all the basic necessecities (including 40" HD TV). It is less than 5 minutes walk to the mall and restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The area and building is very safe and secure place. It also has a community pool.
I'm located on the 3rd floor in a four story building (building has elevator).
I am a male, investment professional in my 20s working in DC.

Very nice place, but no close metro around.
But I have one in downtown bethesda, five mins away from bethesda metro station on Old Georgetown road, 10th floor, three bed apt, two bath, and one bedroom for $750, only one left..
anyone!!
