Need some help in a legal issue/challenge

Subject: Sponsoring an out of status couple who came to the US on a tourist visa and overstayed.

summary of situation: The would-be-sponsor is a US citizen, generates more than enough income to provide financial security, and has no detrimental records. The couple who are looking to be sponsored have endured extreme hardship to this day, and unfortunately have nothing to show for it. Things would get considerably worse for them  if they were to leave.

They have no records (work history, school history, tax history, or even credit history). There have been cases where individuals have sponsored others less fortunate than them, but usually the ones that get sponsored are not in the US already. This happens to be a case where the couple is already here.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. (IN ANY LANGUAGE)
