Gigapedia is Good.
I use www.avaxhome.ru, Warez-BB or google with rapidshare added, caz most of the books are in rapidshare server. You can choose Free Download.
Eg, Try This is Google:
Blink + rapidshare + download
Blink is the name of the book that I wanted to download.
