I had phone conversation with one recruiter and a guy.. had very bad experience. Interviewer called one hour late then scheduled. I had no intention to join but I was trying to learn what type of questions are common in phone screenings.

Thanks for the reply npthito... So what did they ask in the interview? I also have an interview wtih them in a couple of days. ani consultancy kasto cha? contract kati years/months ko garcha? if you know something about them, it would be helpful... i am also confused if accepted whether to join it or not.....
