 I plan to take my phone nepal and unlock it so i can use nepal sim. Now when i come back here i plan to use the same phone which will be unlocked. Will i be able to use data plan of tmobile like before? will it mess any settings?

T-Mobile USA operates on GSM-1900 MHz band. Most of the GSM phones are Quadband : 850, 900, 1800 & 1900 MHz. Unlocking your T-mobile phone will allow you to use it on other bands. So it should not be any problem to work it again on 1900 MHz.

Yes, Once when your mobile is unlocked then it can be used with any international GSM SIM. Even it will work back in USA. But look to that you unlock your mobile safe using unlock code. You can get the unlock code for your mobile from www.wickedunlock.com at affordable cost with easy unlock guide.
