Here, a sister is questioning the insanity of Nepal's system shutting down every once in a while for no reason. She can't figure out why it is that Nepal, her brother, fakes a heart attack every once in a while and crumbles to the ground. "If you are perfectly healthy, then why the Nepal Banda, Dai?
