Sukuti in pumpkin and mill ma kuteko razzma ko daal(only done in Pkhara) and most prolly baasi tomato chutney..with white rice. Whoever said white rice is candy? Oprah hola. She spouts nothing but the truth. Tis heavenly.
I see, rice eater, eh? SNDY (or was it someone else here) is big into rice as well if I recall correctly. I had rice for lunch so thought I'd eat roti woti. I personaly like roti, parathas etc.
I do like the grainy feel of brown rice too :) You shud trek up to the annapurna ranges ke hai, where there are some of the best hotels and restaurants in the world which serves the most amazing dishes. The cheese is like YUM.
