Okay, bros and pros, when can we expect to apply for new EAD, now that the Nepal TPS case will be treated same as Haiti. When can we start applying for new EAD? Anything that we need to do differently then we did last time? If you have applied for one, what did you do? ::: We/I know that current EAD will extended automatically and no need to apply but having a new Expiry date will get us peace of mind, who are employed, and will allow others to have at least something tangible on hand that has not expired yet.

Yes card has exp date of june 24 , 2019 . Not granted for only 3 month - due to law suit It is auto extended after june 24, 19

Nope not for me . I didnt apply for tps ead at re registration . Needed a tps ead now so i got it . Works for me

Nepal gets TPS extension as per "Ramos vs Nielsen" case.
The http link then refers to the "Ramos vs Neilsen" which says you may apply for EAD if you want. See image below:
Hope it helps. But, I haven't applied yet.
