He may be inspired by RK Laxman.. We all gets inspired by something or somebody at some point.. Its good to be inspired, not imitate. We should judge people from the creativity on his work. And Rajesh KC's work need to be respected. He is a good political analyst and comic. He has his own trademark.
This following cartoon was published in June 2007. It still implies in current political situation.

.Ganapati,

I had not read your post after I wrote about the "Inspired by" post. Just read it today and wanted to clarify :-)

I didn't mean any disrespect to Rajesh KC's works. I am a huge fan of his Cartoons and his Photography. His ability to address the current situations in such a comical way is always laudable. His photographs are simply awesome. I only meant that the concept of using the same person as a general people in every cartoon was inspired by Laxman's Cartoon. Other than that everything in his cartoons are original, his own creations. Also, as you have already mentioned above, to be inspired by any famous person is not bad either. It's good to be inspired by successful people and bring one's creativity to make it more successful, which he has been doing for a while now.

You have been doing a great work by putting all those cartoons in one place. Keep up the great work!

Have a great weekend!

:-)
