I am a Permanent Resident. I got married on December at Nepal . Currently I am going to University and will graduate on May 2014. Since I haven’t started working yet and if I planned to file F2A category. Is there any option of Sponsoring my wife, can she self sponsor herself, if she have enough asserts and bank balance? My other question is if I call her for my graduation and if she got a travel visa, is there any legal way she can stay with me?

Nepal Raj, yes petitioner can always disclose their assets from back home and this will count in their/your favor the petitioner has enough assets to self support. There is also an optional section in the Affidavit of Support where the petitioner can officially disclose their assets to make the case/application financially favorable for you/your spouse.
Regarding inviting your spouse to attend your graduation, there are slim chances that they will grant her a Visa if she mentions her husband is in the US and a GC holder. They will think that there is less incentive for the applicant to return to the home country. So I think the first option would be better even though it is time consuming.
Good Luck to you!

Thanks SuperSixNine, that really helped. Do you know any web site that will guide me step by step for F2A process?
