I have a question regarding TPS EAD, My status changed to card production on August 11. I don't know how long it will take to get the EAD card. Is it ok to start working before getting the card. I had a job offer few weeks back from a dhoti vendor company. When I tell them my status went to card production, they say I can start working any time now. So they have fixed the start date to Monday. Do you guys have any experience is it ok to start working? Will there be any issue in future?

I am not 100% sure about that, but the thing that matters is, The start date in your EAD card.

The date its approved would be your start date so you can start working.
