tps application ko "have you ever been arrested "question ma k varne hola since i was arrested for selling an alcohol to a minor. they took my pics, fingerprints. if yes garyo vane kk support documents provide garnu parne huncha and vice versa.

YOU need to file your tps with dispositions letter from the court , yes consult the lawyer

Selling alcohol to minor is a misdemeanor mostly. I would write a sworn statement and include all the fines paid and a letter from the courthouse .
Also I would retain a legal counsel.
