काठमाडौँ : अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगले सशस्त्र प्रहरीका पूर्व महानिरीक्षक सनत कुमार बस्नेत विरुद्ध ९ करोड १५ लाख ८१ हजार बिगो दावी गर्दै विशेष अदालतमा मुद्दा दायर गरेको छ। 

२०६६ वैशाख देखि २०६८ सम्म महानिरीक्षकको हैसियतमा रहँदा मातहतका युनिटहरुमा सामान ढुवानी गर्दा झुटा बिल पेश गर्दै भ्रष्टाचार गरेको भन्दै अख्तियारले मुद्दा दायर गरेको हो। 

'सार्वजनिक खरिद ऐन, नियम विपरित विभिन्न कर्मचारीहरुको नाममा ढुवानी प्रयोजनको लागि भनी पेश्की लिएको देखाई सामान नै ढुवानी नगरी, संचालन मै नभएका/नरहेका ट्रान्सपोर्टहरुको झुटा बिलहरु पेश गर्न लगाउनुका साथै बुद्ध तथा यति एयरलाइन्सबाट कार्गो गरी मातहत युनिटहरुमा जिन्सी सामानहरु ढुवानी गराएको भनि एयरलाइन्सहरुको समेत झुटा कार्गो बिल तयार गर्न लगाएको', अख्तियारले आफ्नो अनुसन्धानका विषयमा जारी गरेको विज्ञप्तिमा उल्लेख छ।
