There was a horse riding in Thapathali (Chandra Horse Riding Center) before 5 years ago, many people know that, now that is completely closed.

So far, taking a horse riding experience is rare in Kathmandu. So, normally, tourist can have chances to ride the horse in Pokhara and Mustang. Horse in Pokhara and Mustang is not for professional riders. These horses will be used for Pony trek, carrying goods and used to help the human work.
