You should be looking for a job either directly joining company or through consultancy. Before they hire you, request for filling GC as soon as possible. No consultancy file GC without getting project. So, apply for job online as per your experience. Hope you get response. That will be the first step. You have around 16 months left, if TPS does not extend for the third time. Timing is very important in this process, so start processing ASAP.
