US GreenCard Holder...Can we file divorce in Nepal or not? Will the divorce filed in Nepal be valid in USA or need to be filed here in USA as well? Any advice will be highly appreciated.

It is the matter of legal fact, if u get married in Nepal u are legally married. If u handle ur divorce in legal way and have proper documentation it's way to go.

No one has to remarry thier wife when they come to America either/ or re-register their marriage. A court sanctioned doc from Nepal is valid in US courts as well.
