I am plannning to travel out of US in Advance Parole ( Travel Document during green card process), any idea what are the other necessary documents that I need to carry to get back to US? Anybody has experience this kind of travel situation before?? -JG

Since AP does not always guarantee you entry to the U.S. you should have all the supporting documents just in case. Your receipt notices, pay stubs, employer letter if possible..... But again there are not any clear guidelines as to what you would need when traveling in AP so use your best judgment! Good Luck!

Pls. note that Nepal does not give visa for travel document. If you have green card, you can apply with re-entry permit to get visa for Nepal. Travel to India is possible with travel document but it takes 2/3 months.
