I guess the guy who is busy with his cellphone is none other than Ishowr Pokhrel.He's already been MP from one of the sectors of KTM,but he really is from eastern part of Nepal.He was very skiny and ugly before 2046,now he looks handsome..and corrupt too.......ha ha ha...
And the young leader who might be representing KTM-6 is from Taplejung.He was once the president of ANNFSU...I guess....has reputation of being student leader for long .......probably 15 years or so...so funny..
