how long  person with visitor visa can stay on us???
I heard that it depend upon the port of entry officers. Is it true? Then how long??

3 months to 6 months maximum, depends on the immigration officer and your answer regarding the purpose of visit.

Mr. Santogh Giri is right. I would also like to add that you can extend your tourist for up to a period of six months with some good valid reasons. Good Luck.
