I have a suggestion. Why is the tourney being played under Fifa rules? Thing is, it is a regional tournament and as such, most of the players are supposed to be out of shape. How can you expect people to perform well with only 3 subs? ( I'm not participating or anything as I don't live in California but I'm hoping to play for San Francisco next summer).
