Your knowledge and experience is needed.

I am planning to enroll either in Masters or PhD program in Nuclear Physics for the spring semester. With most of the universities having their fundings/admission available only for fall semester, I am finding myself to be little lost in the selection process. If anyone has any kind of suggestions, please let me know. At the rate I am going, there is no way I can either join a grad school or find physics related job within 90 days of graduation.

Please contribute with any information you can.

you will get the TA in 1 st semester. But apply today for spring 2009 or u might me late
u have to start filing online application

or better than that send all your docs (transcripts, toefl, gre) to Director of grad studies(brian a raue) for informal evaluation,. then if he says, that u can be admiiteed , send official stuffs, Meanwhile u can fill online form in website and get panther ID (u go to the fiu.edu and start application. that is a cumbersome file but u must start that ASAP to avoid delays)

No need to apply if u have no GRE
yeah i go to FIU and a grad student in Physics
good luck
