hi,
we are little confused about the situation so thought to get some suggestions from sajhaites. We are in H visas here in US, applied for labor certification last year july, around same time applied for Australian Pr since usa green card is really tiring wait and uncertain that we will get it or not. Beginning of october we got the PR grant from australia and mid october passports are labled the Pr status whereas nothing form department of labor of usa yet. We were happy atleast something good happened but November 1st our lawyer (usa) called saying our labor certificate got certified too.
Now we are so confused what to do? wait 3/4 years here in usa to get the green card and set ourself free from company owned by indian (we are not happy with this comp) or move to australia with the Pr and start a new life. In 4years we can get the citizenship and might come back to Usa in a business visa and start our own something.
Please guide us what would be better.
