Anybody doing Masters in Public Health in US? Anybody with Biostats or Epidemiology or Global Health concentration? Need help with colleges that can offer funding or in-state tuition or some form of assistantships!!! What are your experiences? plz let me know. Your help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Good choice of subject bro !!
I tried few universities in UK... with no success.... they demand a lot of relevent experience.. which I didnot had? I was particularly interested in MSc Epidemiology or Medical Statistics.

Hey Nepali 24, It is great to know that you are considering public health for your higher degree. I am also in the same field- and working now. From my experience, if you want quick return then Biostat is best- you can get a job right after MS. However, if you like epidemiology, then be prepared to go for PhD- with just MS or MPH, the job market is very tough. School wise, I went to Pitt, which is relatively expensive- dont know much about other univs. Feel free to write to me at epid08@gmail.com should there be any question. Good luck! Dharan
