Hi friends,

Recently, I saw a lot of society is sprouting with in Nepal (For example, Tamu welfare society,British Gurkha society, Tamang society, cheetri society and so on). With such motivation, I am going to open a truely scientific society in Nepal.

My question of curiosity is- where can I register such society? Which governmental bodies will give it authorization? How many members of expert should be there for starting a new scientific society?

I am looking for the suggestions from the related expert who is familiar with the issues. I believe, this will enhance co-operation and knowhow in Nepalese scientific platform.

Thanks,

Sciencemania

Society banauchu bhanera matrai hudaina, mitra.  Informal society ta gharai-ma like-minded saathi haru-lai bolayera pani huncha.

If you want to create a formal organization, you have to develop charter and by-laws, get registered at social welfare council, pay necessary fees and make necessary announcements.
