Hey guys,
I graduated from college two months ago, and on the meantime I had also applied for permanent residency through my wife US citizenship status. Now, it has been more than 4 months since I have applied and the case status is still pending in review status. I didn't apply for OPT thinking the application would be approved before the 60 days cap. Now, what would happen to my status, as my F1 status is probably gone, coz I passed that 60 days cap, or does it matter as I applied for the change of alien status before that? What is my status right now?

Since your wife is a citizen and you have already filed for the PR, you are fine for now. BE happy!! you wont be out of status.
you will receive an EAD card while your application is in process. Just hang in there!
