There is a country, which provides salary and compensation for a militia that is not part of the nation’s armed force.
Why? Because the ruling party controls the militia. Maybe I can start an army of my own people and demand salary.
There is a country, which is forced to incorporate the very same militia and assign higher level positions to their soldiers without any merit or time served in the actual army.

This not only proves how incapable our PM is infront of the party chairman; but also the short-sitedness of Prachanda. He could have easily found a business sponsor for his son's trip and many businesses would flock to sponsor it.
In any case the move is a blatant disregard of national property and pride.
