Anyone who has filed EB2.
I am in the process of filing GC through EB2 and I was sent a form to be filled up by my employer.Everything is fine except for the experience letter.I have MBA (Finance) from US and working as a BA.My past experiences are not related to the work I am doing right now.do we really need experience letter from the past employments or can we do without them under EB2.If i need them, then I will have to ask my employers back in Nepal to send it for me.It has asked for experience letterwith duties and tools that I used for that job. Please advise me on this,so I can expedite the process.
Thanks
