and i wonder still i wonder how the masterminded man never came into limelight..and the infamous prachanda jsut emerged as a powerhouse..may b the man behind the scene is baburam.. may be prachanda is controlled by baburam.. whatever it is, but we do need baburams brain to build a new constitution,, if its not rotten over this chaotic decade..

Baburam did not get garland that time because his victory was not announced that time. Only Royalists, Feudal Forces and murderous King can wear garland even when they are unpopular among the masses. Revolutionary are always optimistic but acept graland when the task is performed, when the victory is announced.
