Hi NMaan

List of documents:

1.Current I-20 from your university for your spouse.

2.Letter from University that you are full time student and you have good grade and you are in

normal way for the graduation.

3.Transcript from university that shows all the course work your have done.

4.Bank balance about $7000-$8000 that shows you can support your spouse.

5.If you are working on CPT or TA or RA letter from your company or department showing your monthly income and if you filed the tax last year copy of it and also pay stub if you work on CPT.

6.Marriage certificate plus photo graph of your marriage

Thanks

Prani

Few other things I can suggest:

There is good information at http://nepal.usembassy.gov/

First step is to fill applicaitons form and file application at Nabil bank, pay fees and get an interview date. Normally only photo copies of documents need to submitted during application and the Originals should be taken during the interview.

During interview, F1/F2 visa applicants may need to show ties to home country.
Upon visa approval additional fees may need to be paid.

Chances of getting visa under F2 dependent category is very less. Anyway, try ur luck ow wait until u get H1B and apply under H4 dependent, you are sure to get visa then. I had a bitter experience in applying for F2 visa. and recently my friends spouse visa got rejected too.

All the best bro
