Okay here is my situation.


 


1. Currently on OPT (expires in july)


2. Starting my grad school from fall 09 (will have my I-20 before OPT epires)


3. Visa currently expired


My question is how safe would it be to go to canada after I get my I-20 and get the visa renewed? I have relatives in canada and going there to see them? Anyone in similar situation before? Please help.

Should be ok, since you have a valid I-20.
